On May 22nd Holiday Inn Samara hosted the third Canon Forte exhibition in Russia. 800 visitors came to witness the latest product innovations in the sector business-solution displayed.
The guests, amongst whom were existing and potential clients, dealers, distributors and corporate Canon partners were able to get acquainted with compact multifunctional technologies designed for home and small office use, large format high efficiency professional printers and last but not least color multifunctional devices for corporate clients.
Amongst the displayed items were also products for individual users: photo and video equipment, PIXMA and SELPHY series colored printers, laser printers, i-SENSYS series multifunctional devices and multimedia projectors.
Tequila\Hakuhodo and AMS acted as the main exhibition organizers. Together with local and international sub-contractors AMS realized the logistics, mounting of exhibition constructions, event hospitality, catering and additional services which were on AMS responsibility list.

Canon Forte business exhibition
On March 27, the Rostov congress hotel “Don-Plaza” hosted Canon Forte business exhibitions of Canon Company. The exhibition demonstrated the new technological abilities and solutions Canon offers for business development as well as full products line for individual and corporate users to existing and prospective customers, dealers, business partners and regional Russian pressmen.
Traditionally, Tequila\Hakuhodo and AMS acted as one principal exhibition organizer. Shipment of equipment, mounting of exhibition constructions, preparation and realization of standing reception and many more services were part of AMS responsibility list. Logistics matters were also carried out by our company specialists.
Our employee professionalism ensured the high standard exhibition organization. Spring and autumn 2008 with AMS support more Canon Forte business exhibitions will be held in Samara and Saint Petersburg.
February 18, 2008 St. Petersburg Laureus World Sports Awards 2007
The Laureus World Sports Awards is the premier annual sports awards honouring the world’s greatest sportsmen and informally called “the sport Oscar”. The Laureus atmosphere is something similar with the Oscar ceremony: limousines, red carpet and glamorous evening gowns.
The winners are selected by the ultimate sports jury, the members of the Laureus World Sports Academy, the living legends.
This year, for the first time in Russia the ceremony held in the Concert Hall of the Mariinsky Theatre in St Petersburg and evoked a wide response.
The event was broadcasted globally to 180 countries and attended by prominent figures of past and present from sport, entertainment & fashion, art and politics: Franz Beckenbauer, Boris Becker, Roger Federer, Sergey Bubka, Nadia Comaneci, Justine Henin,Yelena Isinbayeva, Vitali Klitschko, maestro Valery Gergiev, soprano Anna Netrebko and principal dancer Uliana Lopatkina - from the Mariinsky Theatre.
As well as Hollywood legend Dennis Hopper, star of famed 60s’ film Easy Rider, Kyle MacLachlan, from US TV shows Twin Peaks and Desperate Housewives, and Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr, star of the film Jerry Maguire and top fashion model Natalia Vodyanova. The president of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the governor of St. Petersburg Valentine Motvienko opened the ceremony and welcomed the guests.

January 23rd – 26th, 2008 Indonesia, Bintan island Danone Managers Conference
This year Danone celebrated their corporate event surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Island Bintan. A 15 hour journey across the Asian continent, through 4 countries brought over 400 people from snowy Russia to a tropical paradise.
Danone Sales Conference took place January 23rd-24th, bringing together Distributors, Supervisors and Sales Managers from different regions across Russia to the Bintan Lagoon Resort. This event was named ‘Danone Warriors’. The ‘Sales Platoon’ in gear surrounded by animated ‘barracks’ setting enjoyed costumed conferences, relaxed at theme Gala Dinners and took pleasure in nature’s wonders offered by the resort.
On arrival of participants, January 25th, for the Managers Convention a 400 pax mass teambuilding in the Indonesian jungle was organized. The wild activities, feral setting and callous tropical weather conditions set stage to the ultimate survival adventure.
The Managers Convention named ‘Danone Learning Adventure from Good to Great’ began that evening with a theater setting of ‘5th element.’ Guests arrived in evening gowns to witness the Award Ceremony for best last year’s project. Winners surrounded by movies leading characters were awarded replicas of the classical elements stones.
Last day of the event, January 26th began early morning in jungle setting with Indiana Jones. The participants entertained by edited video clips, costumed speakers, unexpected animal appearances, prepared shows enjoyed presentations prepared by fellow colleagues on key elements which will help their company advance from ‘Good to Great’.
December 18, 2007 The Moscow Golf Ball
Cooperating with AiGroup, AMS organized a spectacular Black Tie/Ball Gown event “The Moscow Golf Ball.” It was held on December 18th in the chique and happening hotel “The Ritz-Carlton.”
The event was visited by the most elite public of Moscow whose interest lies with golf.
The Moscow Golf Ball was sponsored by one of the top brands in vodka on the Russian market “Parliament.” Through the evening guests were pleased with classy cocktail drinks served by professional barmen from behind their signature bar.
The other main sponsor “Miele” pleasured the guests with the aroma of freshly prepared coffee using selected high class beans. The coffee admirers received a chance to watch the delicate preparation process of soon to be their cup of coffee.
The guests were entertained by a wonderful performance from a Dutch opera singer Kees Taal, who flew in on request of Hans Koeleman especially for this event from Amsterdam. His performances using graphical character delusions that he sang his duet with were unforgettable.
The cast of the famous musical “Mama Mia” demonstrated a pure clarity of voice and a talent to create a brilliant show. They recited fragments of the musical and intrigued a curiosity for their performance to see the musical as a whole.
The night was taken away by life bands playing swing music that invited the guests to join the dance floor.
The evening completed a lottery whose profits were donated to the Faldo Trust for tomorrow’s Champions supporting junior golf in Russia.
